About the Company

THE CONSORTIUM.

The OCBC consortium is made up of those community groups that are partners in the delivery of service contracts obtained by the company. They make-up the controlling interest in the company setting the: future direction, services to be bid for, pricing policies, company Directors and policies and procedures.

Each consortium member has an equal say in the direction of OCBC and equal access to all and any service contracts obtained by OCBC. The membership is regulated by a Partnership Agreement that spells out each member’s contribution to the consortium.

TRAINING PRODUCTS.

The Open College runs many training programmes in a wide variety of community settings across the Black Country. These split into two areas: OCBC's own products that assist individuals and groups to improve organisational efficiency (sometimes known as capacity building) covering these subjects:
